Barry and Wendy, the owners of MADADENI B&B are moving to Hilton early in 2008. In order to keep MADADENI B&B going, we are looking for someone to live on the property and run the B&B.
WHEN: Early 2008
LENGTH: Initially to the end of 2010, then extended year by year
ROOMS: 1 / 2 or 4 rooms. This depends on your requirements, after which the size of the B&B might increase, as the B&B will occupy the remaining property.
COSTS: This would depend on the no. of rooms to be occupied, plus your experience in operating a B&B. The ability to maintain and grow the business will be considered.
DUTIES INCLUDE: Managing 3 staff and checking duties are performed;

We are located in a quiet cul de sac a rustic suburban setting over looking the Durban Harbour. We are visited by Monkeys and other some unusual birds. Henri & Carol are your friendly hosts and the garden is well grown with local fruit and veggies which can be shared (for a small fee) if you charm your accommodating host Henri.

This free standing Cottage has 2 separate bedrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably. We have a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and stove and microwave.

Guests are invited to make use of the braai facilities at their leisure and there is plenty off road parking. The unit has burglar bars on the windows that open for your safety and security.
